Framtíðin í barnabókmenntum

Á barnabókmenntahátíðinni Páfugl úti í mýri var föstudagurinn 10. október helgaður framtíðinni. Málþingið „Framtíðin í barnabókmenntum“ var vel sótt, en þar héldu fjölmargir fræðimenn og höfundar erindi, ræddu strauma og stefnur sem og stöðu og horfur í barnabókaútgáfu. Þingið setti Skúli Helgason alþingismaður og Sigurður Ólafsson kynnti Barna- og unglingabókmenntaverðlaun Norðurlandaráðs. Erindi héldu Nina Goga (NO), Anette Öster (DK) og Mårten Melin (SE). Pallborðsumræðum stjórnuðu þau Brynhildur Þórarinsdóttir og Anette Öster, en þar tóku þátt Linda Bondestam, Sigþrúður Gunnarsdóttir, Mårten Melin, Ole Dalgaard, Viveka Sjögren, Hanne Kvist og Anita Brask Rasmussen. Friday 10th of October was the seminar day of the festival. Lecturers at the seminar “The Future in Children’s Literature” were Nina Goga, Anette Öster and Mårten Melin. The topics they discussed were the contemporary Norwegian picture book, children and youth literature from the editor‘s point of view and the need for contemporary literature for children. Brynhildur Þórarinsdóttir and Anette Öster managed two panels with the participants: Linda Bondestam, Sigþrúður Gunnarsdóttir, Mårten Melin, Ole Dalgaard, Viveka Sjögren, Hanne Kvist and Anita Brask Rasmussen. The two topics of the panels were the presentation of the children‘s book and what is beeing accomplished whith new mwthods and what topics are featured in children‘s literature and whether they appeal to modern children.
