After having studied architecture, Anaïs Brunet has published her first book in 2017 : Belle Maison for Sarbacane. She’s now working with the greatest french editors (l’Ecole des Loisirs, Albin Michel, Didier Jeunesse, MeMo, Hélium…). She writes and illustrates her books, using gouache to produce delicate, lively and rich images. She lives in Paris, where she also teaches design in an art school. Her work has been noticed by the press and awarded several times.

 

 

Le Grand Poulpe is a story about a great octopus who has all in all great eight personalities.

Eftir að hafa lagt stund á arkitektúr, gaf Anais Brunet út sína fyrstu bók árið 2017: Belle Maison pour Sarbacane. Í dag starfar hún fyrir helstu útgefendur Frakklands: l’Ecole des Loisirs, Albin Michel, Didier Jeunesse, MeMo, Hélium. Hún skrifar og myndlýsir bækur sínar, notar gouache til að framkalla fínlegar, líflegar, ríkulegar myndir. Hún býr í París, þar sem hún kennir einnig hönnun við listaskóla. Bækur hennar hafa hlotið verðlaun og athygli fjölmiðla.
